Service Framework

Four pillars.
One growth journey.

Each pillar solves a distinct business need. Together they move a brand from being found, to being chosen, to being measured.

Discover

Be found. Build trust.

The compounding channels. Slow to start, and the reason the fast channels get cheaper over time.

  • SEO & Online Reputation
  • Google Business & Local Marketing

Build

Turn interest into action

The conversion path. Without this, every rupee spent upstream leaks out at the last step.

  • Website, Landing Pages & Automation

Create

Win attention

The reason someone stops scrolling, and the raw material every paid campaign runs on.

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Content Creation
  • Influencer Marketing

Perform

Accelerate demand

The accelerator. It multiplies whatever the other three pillars have built — including the problems.

  • Paid Advertising

A system, not a sequence

The pillars are not four phases you pass through and leave behind — they run together once an engagement is live. But they do have a natural starting order, and it is not the one most agencies sell. Discover and Build come first. Fixing your Google Business Profile and your conversion path costs little and pays immediately; pouring ad budget into a business that can't be found and can't be measured is how marketing money disappears.

Every one of the seven services sits in exactly one pillar. The counts are uneven — 2, 1, 3, 1 — and we've left it that way rather than inventing extra services to balance the diagram.

The engagement

From first call to first report.

No stage starts before the previous one is verified. That is the whole method.

01

Free consultation — 30 minutes, no charge

We ask what you sell, who buys it, what you've already tried, and what a good month looks like in rupees. If we're not a fit, this is where we say so.

02

Paid audit — ₹7,500, delivered in 2 working days

Written review of your Meta ad account, Google Business Profile, website and tracking setup. You keep the document whether or not you hire us. Credited in full against month one.

03

Access, not accounts

You create and own your Meta Business and Google Ads accounts, and pay Meta and Google directly from your own card. We take partner-level access. Your spend never touches our card, and you keep everything if we part ways.

04

Google Business Profile first

The cheapest win goes first. Categories, services, photos, hours, Q&A and a review system — usually live within the first week.

05

Tracking live and verified

Meta Pixel, Conversions API, form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks are all instrumented, then tested with real submissions before launch. No campaign goes live against unverified tracking.

06

Build the conversion path

Landing page or website work, enquiry routing to WhatsApp, and the automatic first response that tells a customer they've been heard.

07

Launch small, scale on evidence

Campaigns start at a fraction of the intended budget. Creative and audience performance is reviewed weekly, waste is pruned, and budget shifts toward what is provably producing enquiries.

08

One page a month

Spend, leads, cost per lead, what we changed, what we're changing next. Plain language. If you need a 40-slide deck to feel informed, we're probably not your agency.

Reporting

What your monthly report actually shows.

Four numbers you can act on, and two sentences on what changes next month.

Example monthly report structure
What you seeWhy it's there
Ad spendWhat left your card, by channel. Reconciles against your own Meta and Google invoices.
LeadsForms, calls and WhatsApp enquiries — counted, not estimated.
Cost per leadThe number that decides whether we scale or stop.
Trend vs last monthDirection matters more than any single month's figure.
What we changedSpecific actions taken, so you can see the work.
What's nextThe one or two things being tested next month.

Impressions, reach and engagement rate appear in the appendix. They are useful context. They are not the report.

Start with the audit.

Two working days, ₹7,500, and you keep the document either way.
