A digital marketing agency built on a simple idea: marketing you can't measure isn't marketing, it's expenditure.
Most businesses are already spending. Few are measuring.
Walk into almost any showroom, clinic or service business and you'll find the same picture: money going out on boosted Instagram posts, a WhatsApp number taking enquiries, and nobody able to say which spend produced which customer.
That gap isn't a marketing problem. It's a measurement problem — and it's fixable in weeks, not years. Deep Pilot exists to close it: to connect what you spend to what you sell, and then to make the connection stronger every month.
The name is the method. Deep because the answer is usually one layer below the dashboard everyone else is looking at. Pilot because someone has to fly the thing, not just report on the weather.
What we believe
- Proof before polish. A working Google Business Profile beats a beautiful brand film for a business nobody can find.
- Access, not accounts. Your marketing assets belong to you, always.
- Small launches, honest scaling. We'd rather spend ₹500 finding out something doesn't work than ₹50,000.
- Say no early. Declining a bad-fit client costs one fee. Underdelivering costs a reputation.
Who we work with.
We do our best work with local businesses where a customer's decision happens fast and nearby — and where a phone call or a walk-in is worth real money.
A good fit
- Clinics and healthcare — dental, physiotherapy, dermatology, diagnostics, eye care
- Home and emergency services — electrical, plumbing, AC repair, pest control, packers & movers
- Retail and showrooms with a physical address and a local catchment
- Education — coaching centres, driving schools, skill and training institutes
- Hospitality — restaurants, cafés, event venues, wedding services
- Textile, engineering and manufacturing SMEs building a B2B presence
- Businesses that can spend at least ₹15,000/month on media, or want a foundation build first
Not a fit
- Anyone wanting us to hold their ad account or run spend on our card
- Ad budgets below about ₹15,000/month expecting a managed retainer
- Businesses wanting guaranteed lead counts or guaranteed rankings — nobody can honestly promise either
- Anyone looking for bought followers, fake reviews or review suppression
- Projects needing a full campaign live inside a week, before tracking can be verified
- Businesses that want a monthly report but no conversation about what it says
If you're in the right-hand column, we'll tell you on the first call and point you toward what would actually help. That call is free, and there's no version of it where we try to talk you into a retainer anyway.
Why this way of working matters.
A large agency can run your campaigns. It usually can't tell you why customers hesitate at the door — because nobody there has looked at your business closely enough to know.
One team
The person who plans your campaign is the person who runs it and the person on your monthly call. No account-manager relay, and a face you can put to the invoice.
Your language
Ads, posts, review replies and customer conversations in English, your customers’ regional language, or the mix they actually use.
Your market
Before anything launches we work out what a lead is worth to you, what your customers search for, and what your competitors are already doing badly.
Working across India
Campaign work, reporting and calls are fully remote, so where you are doesn’t change what you pay. On-site shoots are quoted separately, with travel shown as its own line so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What you won't find on this site.
No client logos. No testimonials. No case studies claiming a 400% increase in something unnamed.
That's deliberate. Deep Pilot is early, and inventing social proof would be the fastest way to become the kind of agency this whole site is a reaction against. When we have results worth showing — with a client's permission and real numbers attached — they'll go here.
In the meantime, what we can offer is a paid audit you can judge us on before you commit to anything. Read it, and decide whether the thinking is worth paying for. That's a fairer test than a logo wall.
Let’s have the first conversation.
Thirty minutes, no charge, and an honest answer about whether we can help.
